A Wicked-ly good time

Yesterday, I went with my mom and daughter to see the musical Wicked. I tried years ago to get tickets and was not able and this time when they came back I vowed to get tickets no matter what!
I have read the Wicked trilogy, and cried like a baby after the first one because the story touched me so much. So of course, I ended the show by crying again! Are there any other Wicked fans out there? If you are not I urge you to read one of the books or see the musical, you will not be disappointed!

I have not seen it but my 17 year old nephew, a pianist, absolutely loves it and wants to take me! I hope it works out!
Take care, Laura

OMG, this is such a wonderful musical and my heart was stopped and chills enveloped me when Elphaba sang Defy Gravity. I get goose bumps just saying those two words. Defy Gravity. Marvelous metaphor regarding taking on life's obstacles. Sea Witch
